Vivid: I Spent 5 Nights Photographing Sydney’s Amazing Festival Of Lights
My name is Lauren Bath and I am a full time instagrammer working full time in the tourism industry. I’ve just flown home after a whirlwind 5 nights photographing Sydney’s annual Vivid festival of lights. The entire city is transformed into a wonderland of light, fun and creativity, even the bars come on board with themed cocktails!
It’s so easy to be inspired over Vivid and the photography comes so easy to me every year. I create images because I love to share my passion for travel. To me it’s not about one image telling a story, rather a series of images sharing lot’s of moments. I like to think that my photography is approachable.

Artist Paints Stunning Seaside Murals While Balancing On A Surfboard
109K views
Hawaii-born painter and street artist Sean Yoro (a.k.a. Hula) has created a stunning series of street art murals depicting women emerging from the water along the concrete walls of ruined and abandoned structures. At home on the water, he paddles on a surfboard to reach the best locations for his art, even managing to balance his paint cans as well.
Before the NY-based artist unveiled these stunning street art murals on his Instagram, he had already made a name for himself with his beautiful portraits of women painted on canvas and even on old surfboards. Be sure to check out his website and Instagram for more!

I Love Taking Portraits In Abandoned Places
If you grow up in a small city full of empty (medieval and Art Deco) buildings then it is not surprising when a great love for such abandoned places developed.
So it was for me – I am Elisabeth Mochner, a young photographer from Görlitz in Germany (a city which was split in a German and a Polish part after World War II and which is now established as location for Hollywood movies) and I realized fast that the love for portrait-photography fits perfectly together with all the fantastic places which surround me.
It’s like a walk into ancient times. It’s like daydreaming.
